They also had hundreds of analog POTS lines and wanted to decrease their spend. Our task: provide smarter vendor accountability and implement a telecom expense management (TEM) solution. **Solution:** BlueSky provided a TEM solution to get this under control and establish a long-term solution.   - Audit of current invoices and circuits - Optimization of contracts - Management of circuit Moves, Adds and Changes - Sophisticated Reporting - Telecom expense management (TEM)   **Impact:** Leveraging this solution, the client saved 25% by implementing TEM and POTS lines management services.
