**Challenge:** This growth-focused logistics company wanted to rein in telecom costs but simply didn’t have the time or expertise to analyze 100 pages in carrier bills each month. Our task: work with the company’s existing providers to identify service gaps and possible savings.

 

**Solution:** We provided a solution to the client to inventory and audit the existing services and examine 40 carrier accounts.

**Impact:** After reviewing carrier accounts totaling $120k+ in monthly recurring charges, BlueSky found a savings of 20% in incorrect billing, taxes and charges for sites and services that had been disconnected.
